Jefferson Munroe’s Twin Beaks Fried Chicken is a newish farm to food trailer business that peddles in puns, savory delights, and a love of the early ’90s television show Twin Peaks. Their fried chicken is gluten free, but you wouldn’t know it as people declare, “That’s some damn fine fried chicken!”

Additionally, they make their sauces, French fries, and pickles from scratch and raise their animals on pasture using regenerative techniques at their own farm, The GOOD Farm, in Columbia.
