British 75 Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 and 3/4 ounces Highclere Castle Gin
- 1/4 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
- Dash of Simple Syrup
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Highclere Castle Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake and strain into chilled cocktail coupe or champagne flute. Top with Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
