Holiday Sour

It is the season of good spirits, so a taste of good spirits seems appropriate to elevate the happy, contented mood.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 and 1/2 ounces Litchfield Distillery Straight Bourbon
  • 3/4 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 ounce Cranberry Juice
  • 1 ounce Rosemary-Infused Simple Syrup
  • Egg White
  • Garnish: Angostura Bitters

Instructions
 

  • Add LD Bourbon, lemon juice, cranberry juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds without ice Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
    Strain into coupe glass.
    Garnish with 3 or 4 drops of Angostura bitters.
