Fully Stoked Coffee
Fully Stoked Coffee (or FSC as they call it) was started by Jef f Goodno and his fancée, Ryan Orlando in the fall of 2023. Based out of a small, solar powered roastery in Sterling, FSC produces high quality coffees, in a way that is both environmentally and ethically sustainable. Their coffees (mostly sold in whole bean form), are available through their website www.FullyStokedCoffee.com, at various markets, farmer's markets, and at a few select Connecticut breweries.
At breweries? Well, Jeff has been a fixture in the brewing industry for almost two decades. As such, he works with many Connecticut breweries and has created many great collaboration beers, including with Beer'd, Black Pond Brews, Willibrew, and Bear Hands. That trend will definitely continue! FSC also offers a Lion's Mane mushroom coffee in collaboration with Fenner Forest Farm Mushrooms. That is a very cool collaboration! Lion's Mane is amazing.
On top of all that, they've partnered up with the New England Mountain Bike Association (NEMBA) and have been making a coffee roast specifically for them; in which FSC will donate a portion of the sales of that coffee to them for future bike trail work in Pomfret.
