This new cocktail features some of the things that King Charles is said to like including gin and scotch whiskey, a very mature, very sophisticated spirit.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Highclere Castle Gin
- 1/4 ounce Macallan 12 or Single Malt Scotch
- 1/4 oz orange curacao
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
Instructions
Shake well and strain in cocktail coup or martini glass and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
