Feast on the Farmington
We’re tremendously grateful to say that our first dinner with Present Company and treasured partner, Vanessa Demetrio from Nutmeg & Oak was indeed a sell out! Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the evening all the more special. For me, it was really a treat to meet so many wonderful readers and literally see edible CT EAST come alive in the woods!
Along the scenic Farmington River, Vanessa and her crew created a magical setting for all to enjoy! Meanwhile Chef Jeff Lizotte, General Manager Scott Reynolds, and their fabulous team created and served a spectacular multi-course, farm to table dinner of endless delights. Heard many times throughout the evening were phrases such as “This is amazing”, “Oh my God”, and “The taste is incredible”.
